LiveCD

The ReactOS LiveCD is used to boot a functional ReactOS from read-only media. The latest can be downloaded from the Trunk Builds page.

The Microsoft equivalent would be Windows PE (Preinstallation Environment).

First Stage GUI Setup

An ongoing goal for the ReactOS LiveCD is to allow installation from the LiveCD, instead of running the text mode installer.
